Learn the difference between Trying and Doing

Maybe you've heard that famous phrase from Master Yoda: “Do it. Or don't. There is no trying.” Ever wonder what she really means? Or did you get angry when someone said that phrase to you as if you weren't really trying to achieve your goals?

Learn the difference between Trying and DoingThe difference between doing or trying is in a simple word called “decision”. When we talk: “I'll try to save money to take a trip”, we are implying that we are going to make an effort to do so, however, if we can't, it just didn't work. It's the famous "it wasn't meant to be". But when we say: "I'm going save money to take a trip”, we mean that we actually decided to do this. Of course, the attempt is constantly involved in this decision, but the difference is in the negative result: a decision does not make room for negative results. That is, if you ended up having to spend a little more this month, next month you will save double until you reach your goal.

Words have power whether you like it or not. Often, the way you express yourself directly influences your unconscious. Master Yoda's teaching says that you can do whatever you want and achieve your dreams no matter how unattainable they seem. All you need to do is just do it.
