Realize that the trees grow vertically upwards, in an effort against the force of gravity. This is a reflection that we also have the power to grow, to connect with the higher worlds, even with all the adversities and forces that push us towards the illusion of the physical world.
To activate our consciousness on that day, practice tzedaka, do your meditations and prayers, especially in the 72 names of God, and eat lots of fruits, which symbolize the fertility of the earth, plenty and abundance.
