There is no right formula to be happy, sometimes a person can have everything and not find happiness, or have nothing and still feel the happiest in the world, with nothing to worry about.
Happiness has nothing to do with what you have, it's a state of mind, what you do to feel good, regardless of the factors that surround you. Mind and soul in harmony collaborate for the proper functioning of your body and all the energy that emanates around you.
Being happy doesn't mean that you won't have problems, or that there won't be sad moments, but knowing how to manage them without letting them affect your life in a way that puts you down or discourages you.
We separate some tips that help to cultivate good things, in search of such happiness:

There's a song by rapper Slim Rimografia that says "do good and feel good", that's the purest truth. Donating something, whether material or not, such as clothes, your time or your attention, makes you feel good to be able to help someone in need. In addition to showing that there are more serious and bigger problems than yours.
be grateful for what you have
Take a moment in your day to think about everything you have. Give thanks for what you've already achieved and don't regret what hasn't come yet. It's important to have ambition, but we can't just be always looking to improve and never value what we have. We should be grateful for what is possible now.

As we said before, a happy life does not mean that there will be no sad moments, however, feeling sorry for yourself and brooding over the facts does not improve the situation, much less solve the problem.
