    Important things you need to know now!

    Today I bring you a compilation of insights you need to take note of to live lighter each day. Come with me!

    1. There is nothing more exhausting than trying to support something you are not, whether due to the impositions of society, the family environment or to belong to a circle of friends.

    When we assume our essential self, the masks fall… In this way we can live better.

    Unfortunately, most people cling to patterns they know they are not, because that's the only way they get some kind of benefit.

    If something you do just to be in a group hurts internally, reflect if it doesn't make sense for you to let go of the armor that holds you to something.

    To be you in essence is to find yourself and also those who are part of that truth. You're not alone.

    This is also the path of self-knowledge.

    1. The more we place expectations on ourselves, the more confident we become.

    Forget the idea of putting expectations on the other, because, in the face of anything different from what we imagine, the chance of being frustrated will always be greater. Instead, improve yourself. Work on what you expect from the other in yourself. This exercise is daily. I'm learning too… and it's a worthwhile challenge!

    1. Things you need to know:

    “You don't have to handle everything;

    “You don't have to be strong all the time;

    "Well, you're a human being!"

    1. Have you ever felt like this?

    When entering a place, did you feel the energy so heavy that you had to leave?

    Or knowing when someone is lying to you, even if the person is believing your acting is good?

    Do you avoid violent news and movies to avoid anxiety spikes?

    After talking to someone, did you feel bad, heavy and without energy?

    Do you have a huge empathy for animals?

    Do you feel nature in a way that most don't?

    Do you sometimes feel like “coming home” even though you don't even know what that means, since we're not talking exactly where you live?

    If you've ever felt any or all of these things, you might be an empath!

    I say empathetic person instead of empath, but it's all the same!

    I'm like that too and for a long time I didn't know how to deal with these situations and feelings. I often thought there was something wrong with me, until I realized that I was an empathetic person.

    That's why I decided to gather and compile several techniques and things I've learned along the way, to better deal with myself and welcome this sensitive side of me.

    If you are also like that and want to learn mechanisms to live better, accepting yourself and welcoming this wonderful person that you are, understand that there is nothing wrong with you. Just do it differently starting today.

    I invite you to take my course available on the Insight Timer app, called "The Empathic Person's Survival Guide". The link is in the profile: https://insighttimer.com/br/cursos/course_guia-de-sobrevivencia-da-pessoa-empatica

    1. How many times have you worked to exhaustion?

    Unfortunately, working until you can't do it anymore has become something very common among people, especially for those who work in the corporate world.

    Working tirelessly until it becomes a burnout syndrome in some places is even very romanticized.

    I have suffered from this syndrome twice and they were very serious. I don't recommend it to anyone. What I recommend is that you take care of yourself, because health is one!

    I felt something so bad in these crises that I ended up taking this matter further so that people could become better aware of it. My MBA TCC was about this, then I took this subject in the form of an ebook for you to read on Amazon (available for Kindle).

    âś” In addition, since June 2021, the Inght Timer App has made my course available, called "Nutriting Mental Health at Work", for you to learn about mechanisms and practices to help you avoid excesses.
