Think positive

Yes, negativity is ugly. Only that. It drains your energy, makes you feel bad about yourself, and creates a real horror movie in your mind, worrying you about things that will probably never happen. It is critical to understand that negativity takes you down, not up. Listen to positive music and you will immediately be invaded by this good energy.
