Heart Coherence for Forgiveness Practice

Forgiveness takes practice, and you don't need a dramatic story to practice it. You should practice forgiveness whenever you feel you are harboring any negative emotions either for yourself or for anyone else.

You can use forgiveness in your logbook, where you write daily about your day and your emotions, or insert it into your morning ritual, a sacred time for your personal evolution. But sometimes you need some “on the go” tool at hand with which you can easily do this wherever you are, so that you don't connect with the negative vibes of the generated situation. And this is where the practice of harmonization works very well.

When you feel like you need to forgive, shift your energy, start connecting with your breath by slowly slowing your inhalation and exhalation. Start putting all of your awareness in your heart and intentionally shift your attention to emotions of gratitude, compassion, and care. When you truly connect, you will feel different and begin to transmute your energy, harmonizing mind and heart. In that moment you can bring a command of forgiveness: “Today I choose forgiveness, today I choose compassion and I free myself to create whatever I choose”.

Do it with your eyes closed and in a private place if possible; if not, you can do it just by mentalizing and feeling internally. Attunement takes you out of the mind, where criticism and judgments are, and puts you in a state of BEING, harmonizing mind and heart and allowing you to more easily access forgiveness and its vibrations.

As self-responsible beings for our own lives, you don't have to be subject to negative emotions during your day. You can practice forgiveness anywhere and anytime. But remember that for this you have to observe yourself and awaken your willpower to not allow the mind to take over and put yourself in the victim position, which often ends up happening. Regardless of what the victim role brings you, breaking free from any situation is priceless.
