Coaching: a transformation tool

Today we live in a dynamic and extremely changing moment in terms of information, technology and behavior. All this change affects the way we relate to each other.

We live incessantly the search for new knowledge, career, relationships, achievements and the desire to always want to go further, all of this also develops or intensifies our anxiety, insecurities and fears.

All this whirlwind of information and demands makes us live an imbalance with our Self, with our best part. Many things that could be good or seen as challenges become difficulties translated by fears, uncertainties, anguish, negative thoughts and diseases.

All the experiences and situations we experience help to create who we are and shape us, guiding the way we relate to and understand each other.

Self-knowledge opens horizons and coaching supports us to understand who we are, what we feel and want, and with that, we learn to challenge our limited and less conscious ways of self-identification.

Coaching: a transformation toolCoaching emerges as an answer to these difficulties and limiting beliefs, proposing solutions that aim to boost the individual to see and develop their best part and thus achieve their desired state.

Coaching makes use of techniques and procedures from other related sciences, aiming to maximize results. Among them are Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Ericksonian Hypnosis, Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, Behavior Therapy, among others.

Coaching is also widely used to help with self-motivation, overcoming obstacles, awakening professional skills, changing lifestyles, training teams and developing leaders.
