identify errors

The first step is to know where you are going wrong. Analyze your life and see what makes you suffer and how it started. Identifying failures is the way to seek solutions.

Identify limiting beliefs

They impede growth, because they bring you down. But some of these limiting beliefs aren't yours, they came from unhappy comments from mom, dad, or siblings. When you hear that you are stupid, you will come to believe it and attribute your failures to your supposed stupidity. Anyone who was an overweight child or teenager and heard that they would never lose weight faithfully believes this. When you identify these false truths, you will have the strength to control your mind and take on challenges.

Take the reins of life

Don't let anyone speak for you or make decisions for you. Take charge of your life and take responsibility for your actions. When we have this attitude, we are very careful with what we do, because whoever owns their life knows that they are solely responsible for what happens.


Changing your life is a slow process and not easy, but it's really hard to stay stagnant and regret your lack of luck. Be strong and make the revolutions you want.
