Be an eternal learner

The world changes at a speed greater than your knowledge. Be an eternal learner.

Constant learning affects your well-being in many ways: it broadens your knowledge, your horizons, exercises your brain, maintains activity, engagement and skills.

    Be an eternal learner

How about learning something different today, this week, this month? It can be anything: from a new cake recipe, to a reading that brings you new knowledge and a new application in your life. Choose what you want to do differently and go for it! A good way to do this is by using reflective practice. Developed by Donald Schon, Doctor of Philosophy and former professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), it includes reflection in action and reflection on action.

Reflecting in action means allowing access to feelings, intuitions and experiences in relation to the situation we are dealing with at the moment. Reflecting on action is analyzing the reaction and exploring the reasons, consequences and alternatives to the actions taken. At the end of the day, reflect on what you learned again. How could you do that again and even better? By encouraging this kind of reflection, you will develop your thinking and accelerate your learning.

There are people who put themselves wholeheartedly into what they perceive to be different, because they find meaning in what they do, understand that they are contributing positively to the world and feel pleasure in doing it well and getting better.

To validate all this learning, quickly put it into practice. Take action and take steps to evolve. Realize yourself in evolution, an eternal learner.
