Legend has it that on the 29th of any month, back in the XNUMXth century, a man named Saint Pantaleon pretended to be a wanderer in one of the most famous villages in Italy and started knocking on doors saying he was hungry and asking for a simple plate of food. In one of the houses he knocked over, a very humble family allowed him to enter their residence and shared with him the little food that was there.   • 2 kg of boiled and fully mashed potatoes
  • 1,2 kg of wheat flour
  • 100 ml of sour cream
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

In a container, place the cold mashed potato, salt, milk cream, and add the flour little by little, until it doesn't stick to your hands. Then form thin rolls and cut them. Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk (can be animal or plant)
  • 200 g of cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Heat the butter in a pan, preferably over low heat. When the butter is melted, add the flour and stir constantly until golden. Once the mixture has a dough-like consistency, add the milk little by little, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps. Add the cream and salt, and continue mixing.
