Are you making this mistake in your Ho'oponopono meditation?

Ho'oponopono is a healing and problem-solving method created by the native peoples of Hawaii.

He became famous through the dissemination of an American author, Joe Vitale, who heard the story about a psychologist, Dr. Hew Len, who had cured an entire ward of dangerous psychiatric patients using Ho'oponopono meditation.

Joe Vitale had never heard of this meditation and sought out Dr. Len to understand how it worked. From there, he wrote a famous book on Ho'oponopono called “Limit Zero”. In it, he describes how Dr. Len healed his patients without ever meeting any of them, just performing Ho'oponopono meditation.

According to the book, the “meditation” or “mantra” repeated by Dr. Hew Len every day was, "I'm sorry, forgive me, I love you and I'm grateful."

From there, many people began to make use of this mantra and report the wonderful changes that have taken place in their lives. I myself am an example of this.

But many people also report that no matter how many times they repeat the phrases, changes do not occur. What are they doing "wrong"?

To answer this question, it is important to understand that the "memories" of Ho'oponopono are energetic records that we carry in our cells, which vibrate in a way, connecting us to everything that is in the same vibration. It's like a phone call when we dial someone's number. That person receives the call from wherever they are and connects with us. Our memories generate vibrations in the same way and connect with everything that vibrates in the same way.

To change who receives our call, we have to change the number we dial. Therefore, to change what manifests in our life, we have to change the way we vibrate. And how do we do it?

“Cutting off” energy or, as we say in Ho'oponopono, purifying memories.

When we repeat the sentences, we have to be aware that we are not doing it for something to happen as we want. We are using the phrases to cut off an energy that is generating a vibration that is manifesting through something that we wish to change. But how do people get what they want using Ho'oponopono? When they "cut" the energy present in them, their vibration changes. And if the vibration changes they start to attract different things and people, who are in that same new vibration.

Therefore, the big mistake that many people have made with Ho'oponopono is believing that it will bring what they want. No! You do it yourself! It's always you!

But how do I know how I'm vibrating? Be aware of your thoughts, the emotions they generate, and, ultimately, your attitude to life. They are the best indicators of how you are vibrating.

And how to modify it? My suggestion is: always repeat the phrases, but when a very negative thought comes to you, mentally repeat the phrases insistently until it disappears, that is, cut your energy. So you don't feel bad about it and your vibration doesn't drop, keeping you in a higher vibration and attracting what is in tune with it.

And don't worry about the right way to repeat the sentences. The right way is the way you choose and that makes you feel good. Remember that everything is vibration? If it is hurting you or making your life difficult, the vibration is low and you start to attract what is in that same tune. But if it's doing you good and you're feeling better then purification is finally happening.

    Lots of light, always!

    Aloha!
