Positive affirmations are words or phrases that make the listener feel good. Along with that, they can change a vibrational pattern and even a limiting belief.

In the universe, what often differentiates one thing from another is its vibratory pattern. We understand that almost everything our senses reach are waves. Colors are waves, sunlight comes to us in waveforms, the sound of lightning is waves, and so on. However, the frequency of these waves can vary greatly.



Our words, whether spoken or thought, manifest different energies in us, which can harmonize an entire energy field (aura) or even unbalance the electromagnetic field of an entire house.

We can say that everything in the universe contains a vibratory pattern: which is the sum of the emanating energies; flowers, for example, emanate energies of healing, well-being, and so on, so their energy standard is high, as they do not emanate thoughts of hate or envy. On the other hand, our thoughts, speeches and actions are sometimes positive, sometimes negative. Which portrays that our standards can have dispositions to be kind of low, at times, or even in a lifetime.

Our patterns are mainly formed by thoughts that are usually formed by images and words/phrases.

Words and phrases carry a whole field of energy with them, so, in order to have a better quality of life, relationship and a healthy energy field, we need to take care of what we put in and, together, what we release, in this case, in the form of thoughts and speech.



When we form thoughts based on judgments and justifications, we end up decreasing the energy of our field. Therefore, positive affirmations can help us in these cases. Including, so we don't unintentionally emanate sucking energy (obsession) to the other person.

Positive affirmations help us to change ways of thinking and, as a consequence, over time, even of feeling, since feelings are greatly influenced by thoughts.

As the words are frequencies, we can use them to change our frequency or to prevent moments of distress. Positive words and thoughts can change the energetic pattern to the point of helping someone get out of depression, anguish and addictions. They can help new beliefs to be formed, they can make a person sleep more peacefully and children nurture more positive beliefs.


Try to add more positive words and thoughts to your life. You may find that some of your thoughts and speech are automatic; can perceive how much you judge, criticize others or yourself. But, beyond all that, you can see how much it carries a force of change. And don't forget how much power you have to change, when you want and as much as you can.
